Under Gay's stewardship, Consolidation Coach has earned acclaim as a boutique consulting firm dedicated to empowering body shop proprietors. Laura Gay's own journey as a first-generation shop owner, culminating in the successful sale of her MSO collision repair centers in 2015, served as the catalyst for Consolidation Coach's inception.
